DAY TWO: TUESDAY

The day started with music on a theme of string and various string puzzles to solve. It was fun to see students trying to untangle themselves in a string game.

The library was definitely the warmest and driest place to be, as the rain poured down outside and a rainbow arced overhead. Can you see where the pot of gold landed?

Morning Tea saw many teams attempting  to recreate Braveheart, a 50- word short story. Each team had the same 50 words on card (originally a short story by David Emslie) and had to arrange the words to make sense.

BraveheartDuring the day our visiting writers spoke to many classes and worked with the Creative Writing Club in the library.
